1. Purpose of the service

alfredpourvousservir.com (hereinafter “the Platform”) allows users (hereinafter “Requesters”) to search for people offering services in various fields. The Platform acts solely as a technical intermediary.

2. 100% free service for Requesters

Access to the site and the use of its search and matchmaking features are entirely free for Requesters. No subscription, registration fee, or commission is charged to users seeking services.

3. Nature of matchmaking

The Platform connects Requesters with independent Providers. It does not select, train, or employ Providers. It does not intervene in communications, negotiations, payments, or the execution of the service. The contractual or informal relationship is solely between the Requester and the Provider.

4. Absence of liability of the Platform

By using the Platform, you expressly agree that:

alfredpourvousservir.com does not guarantee the competence, punctuality, or quality of the services offered.
In the event of disappointment, non-performance, conflict, or dispute with a Provider, you cannot hold the Platform liable.
You are solely responsible for your choices, any payments made, and the consequences of a service.

5. Report abuse

In case of inappropriate behavior or suspicious requests (including an abusive request for advance payment), you can report it to the Platform. The Platform then reserves the right to suspend or ban the Provider concerned, without however guaranteeing legal action or a refund.

6. Use of the site

It is strictly forbidden to use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes. You must not make offensive, racist, defamatory, or inappropriate remarks in your communications with Providers. It is strictly prohibited to use, directly or indirectly, any automated process (robots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts, or equivalents) aimed at collecting, harvesting, or extracting all or part of the data or information available on Alfred, in particular for the purpose of feeding other platforms, databases, or services, abusively or without our express written permission. Any violation of this prohibition may result in the immediate suspension of the account concerned, without notice, as well as civil and/or criminal prosecution in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

7. Personal data

The Platform complies with the applicable regulations on data protection (GDPR). No registration is required to make a service request. Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties without your consent.

8. Changes to the Terms of Use

The Platform may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the site after modification implies your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law – Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by Belgian law. In case of a dispute between you and a Provider, you must contact them directly. The Platform does not intervene in dispute resolution and declines all responsibility in this regard.
