Alfred is a simple and direct platform that connects people offering a service (providers) with those looking for one. Everything is free for users, with no registration and no commission on exchanges.

2. Who can offer a service on Alfred?

Any adult can offer a service: individuals, students, retirees, or professionals. Just fill out a registration form as a provider.

3. As a provider, do I have to use my real name?

No. You can choose to appear under a nickname – for example, the name you use on Instagram, TikTok, or any other network. This makes communication easier while protecting your real identity.

However, a private verification (via ID or phone number) is required for safety and trust reasons.

4. I'm looking for a service – do I need to register?

Not at all! Regular users can browse listings and contact providers without creating an account. It’s simple, fast, and free.

5. How do I contact a provider?

On the provider’s page, you'll find the contact methods they offer: phone, message, or another channel of their choice. Choose the one that suits you best.

6. Do I have to pay to use the site?

Users: using the site is completely free.

Providers: registration is free. In the future, some additional services may be offered for a fee depending on their usefulness or complexity.

7. How is the transaction between a client and a provider handled?

Payment is made directly between the client and the provider, outside the platform. Alfred does not intervene in pricing or transactions and cannot be held responsible for private exchanges.

8. What if a provider asks for an excessive deposit?

If a provider asks you for an unusually high deposit, you can report it to us. The Alfred team will analyze the situation and may suspend or block the account in case of confirmed abuse.

9. Are offers moderated?

Yes. An AI reviews every service description before it goes live to filter out inappropriate content. The human team can also step in if there's any doubt.

10. I’m a provider. Can I change my services or nickname?

Yes, anytime. You can edit your descriptions, add or remove services, or change your nickname or visible contact address.

Everything is done easily from your personal dashboard.

11. Can I offer both online and in-person services?

Absolutely. You can choose to offer online services, in-person services, or both.

Users will be able to filter their search based on their preferences.

12. How does voice search work?

A smart voice search feature is under development. It will allow users to speak their request, and AI will suggest the most suitable providers.

13. How many requests can I make per day? (user)

To prevent abuse, the number of requests is limited to 5 per day per device. This allows everyone to use the service freely without needing to sign up.

14. Can I trust providers?

Each provider is internally verified, even if they use a nickname. In the future, we’ll also offer a certified profile option for those who want to show credibility. You’ll also be able to read reviews from other users.

15. How do I delete my account? (provider)

You can delete your account at any time from your personal dashboard. Your data will be automatically erased within 30 days, unless legal retention is required.
